Are your products cruelty free? 

Yes! All of our products and ingredients are cruelty free. We source only from reputable suppliers and are even working on a Leaping Bunny Certification.. 

Do you accept returns?

For sanitary reasons, we do not allow returns. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will make it right. 

Changes to Orders

Unfortunately our system does not allow for changes to your order once it is placed. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email us at hello@pineapplerainbathco.com. If your order has not processed, we will do our best to assist with requests. 

How long do your candles last?

Burn time depends on your candle care as well as wax and wick type. Our luxury candles have an average burn time of +/- 60 hours, while our signature candles have an average burn time of +/- 25 hours. Burning should be discontinued when there is 1/2 inch of wax left in the vessel.
